United Airlines cancels flights to Mérida airport for New Year’s Eve

The cancellation was confirmed through the FlightRadar platform, in which it appears that flight UA1426, which was destined to arrive tomorrow at the capital of Yucatán from Houston, but the legend ‘Canceled’ appears on the status bar, without letting the airline give more details.

Likewise, the exit from the Merida terminal to this city in Texas, identified as UA1427, also appears in red, and the legend of cancellation of the same; It turned out that both flights did not have enough personnel to operate, after the increase in coronavirus infections, but it has not been confirmed.
